Counselling Skills for Dietitians

Judy Gable and Tamara Herrmann

Useful Contacts

These are just some of the UK-based organisations working in areas related to subjects raised in the book. This list is intended as a useful resource for the dietitian who wants more information about a particular subject. Details about an appropriate organisation to contact might also be useful for a patient whose difficulties are beyond the remit of the dietitian. The organisations are listed in alphabetical order by subject.

Many organisations have local branches and regional centres. Some provide information and training for professionals and some provide a list of practitioners for which there may be a small charge.
