Case 34: A Patient with Gait Disturbance and Back Pain
CASE
A 76‐year‐old man presented with a 3‐day history of progressive gait disturbance, back pain and urinary hesitancy. On examination he has increased tone in the lower limbs and bilateral but asymmetrical weakness. His bladder was palpable and he had 800 mL of urine drained on catheterization.
