Case 30: A Patient with New‐Onset Daily Headache
CASE
A 50‐year‐old woman presents with new‐onset daily headache over a 3‐week period. It is only minimally responsive to simple analgesia. She also complains of neck stiffness. A CT scan of the brain is normal. Her ESR is elevated at 60 mm/hour. A temporal artery biopsy is normal.
