Case 10: A Man with Prostate Cancer
CASE
You are asked to see a 60‐year‐old man with a history of prostate cancer. He is normally fit and active. Over the last few months he has been complaining of back pain that radiates around his chest. Neurological examination reveals spastic legs with brisk reflexes and upgoing planters. Testing sensation showed that he has reduced sensation to light touch to his umbilicus.
