Case 7: A Patient with a Painful Shin Rash
CASE
A 34‐year‐old woman presents with a painful erythematous rash on the shins. She is on no medication, is previously fit and well with no significant past history. Physical examination is normal other than the rash on the shins, which is healing with bruising. A chest X‐ray reveals bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy.
