Case 17: A Patient with Itching and Diarrhoea
CASE
A 56‐year‐old Irish man is referred to outpatient clinic with a 2‐year history of itching. He also complains of recent onset diarrhoea and is now awaiting gastroenterology review. Physical examination demonstrates the presence of small herpetiform blisters, distributed symmetrically on his elbows, knees and buttocks.
